In 40 years of ministry, my deepest joy has been to walk with Pastors as they grow local churches. Helping to guide them through the pieces they never expected. Modern Churches require pastors to have a more diverse skill set than ever before. I get such great joy from helping pastors put systems in place to handle the major operations of their churches so that their time is free to be the visionary, to hear from God and to disciple people in innovative ways.
