The Strategic Operations Seminar (S.O.S.) helps pastoral teams take a strategic look at how they impact their community. In this intensive, you and your team go through a guided process to design the most effective programs for managing your congregation.
- Define marketing and outreach programs to draw in new visitors from the community.
- Build cultivation programs for ensuring visitors can get connected easily.
- Grow membership programs that allow existing members keep growing.
This seminar can be held with multiple churches or privately with your church's executive team. Each church is expected to bring the pastor & spouse along with 5 key leaders.
